I've spent 20 years creating impact — first in marketing, then in product — but the through-line has always been understanding people. Traveling to places where I don't speak the language taught me to lead with curiosity and read context before jumping to conclusions. Years spent building habit and wellness products taught me that behavior change is hard, routines matter, and the best products meet people where they are rather than where you wish they were.
