Approach
- Set product strategy across five product areas: screen recorder, video recorder, editor, webinar platform, and social clip tools
- Built and led a team of three PMs in a player-coach role — staying hands-on with discovery and roadmap while developing the team's capabilities
- Drove adoption of AI-native workflows across the suite, including leading development of an agentic editor
